A. General Provisions
By submitting a manuscript to J-CTS (Journal of Computer Technology and Science), authors agree to the following terms:

  1. Originality of Work

    • Authors warrant that the manuscript is original and has not been published previously.

    • The manuscript is not under review elsewhere.

    • All quoted content has obtained permission or falls under fair use provisions.

  2. Copyright and License

    • Copyright of published articles remains with the authors.

    • Authors grant first publication rights to J-CTS.

    • Published articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

B. Author Rights
Under CC BY 4.0 license, authors have the right to:

  • Distribute the published article

  • Use the article for educational and research purposes

  • Create translations and adaptations with proper attribution

  • Archive the article in institutional or personal repositories

C. Publisher Rights
J-CTS has the right to:

  • Publish articles in print and digital formats

  • Edit manuscripts for format consistency and grammar

  • Retract articles proven to violate publication ethics

  • Manage reproduction and distribution rights

D. Author Obligations
Authors must:

  • Provide proper attribution when using content from previous works

  • Declare potential conflicts of interest

  • Follow applicable publication ethics guidelines

  • Participate in the review and revision process

E. Special Provisions

  1. Withdrawn Articles

    • Article withdrawal after publication can only be done for very strong reasons.

    • Withdrawn articles will be marked "Retracted" in the online version.

  2. Copyright Infringement

    • Any copyright infringement is entirely the responsibility of the authors.

    • J-CTS reserves the right to take legal action for proven violations.

F. Agreement
By submitting a manuscript, authors declare:
"I as the signing author, agree to all terms in this Copyright Notice and guarantee the originality of the submitted manuscript."
